Happy 20th Anniversary!

Twenty years ago today, Universal Pictures released the film "Casper" to theaters across the USA!

Today, marking the 20th anniversary of the US release of "Casper", I asked director Brad Silberling what his thoughts were on the movie and its popularity today? He replied, “Casper feels like yesterday morning, and a faraway dream all at once for me. Proud and humbled that it lives on... And I suppose a young friend quoting the film in her wedding vows about defines its enduring quality for me."

First, we are happy to announce that "Casper" will be opening ABC Family's 13 Nights of Halloween this season! Night One – Sunday, October 19th, 7:00 – 9:00 AM ET/PT. And it will be repeated on Night Nine – Monday, October 27th, 9:00 – 11:00 PM ET/PT, and Night Ten – Tuesday, October 28th, 7:00 – 9:00 PM ET/PT.
